Reporting Injuries Made Simple

OSHA is making it even easier to report injuries in the workplace. To help you comply with the new requirements, which were put into place last January, OSHA has created a reporting web page that gives you the convenient option to report injury incidents online.

As a reminder, employers are required to report:

• Any worker fatality within 8 hours
• Any severe injury, such as amputation, hospitalization, or loss of an eye, within 24 hours
