Indoor Safety: Fastest growing number of eye injuries! 125,000 eye injuries occur each year involving common household products. Many chemicals are extremely hazardous and can cause serious damage to your eyes if you are not careful. Make sure to read all instructions and labels when using chemicals. Be sure to wear appropriate eye protection to prevent any chemical splashes that can cause eye injury of blindness.
Outdoor Safety: Protect your eyes with safety glasses or dust goggles to protect against flying particles. Wear chemical googles to guard against exposure to fertilizers and pesticides. Be sure to inspect and remove debris from lawns before mowing.
