A Costly List

Each year, OSHA does a rundown of its top 10 most frequently cited violations for its fiscal year (in 2015: Oct. 1, 2014-Sept. 30, 2015).
Take a look at the list below and see if any of these areas are a problem for your shop. Though some of the violations are specific to the construction industry, others are for the general workplace, such as No. 2: hazard communication. Give this list some consideration as you think about improving your workplace (such as further training) to eliminate a possible fine or potential injury.
