This month: Use links to easily update login credentials!

As an S/P2 account administrator, has this ever happened to you? You want to login and realize you have forgotten your login information and you haven’t provided an email address to retrieve it. So, what do you do? Simply click on the “change username” and “change password” links to update your login credentials.

Don’t forget these important tips:

• Passwords are case-sensitive.
• Usernames are case-specific.
• Passwords must be at least six characters and contain one letter, one number, and one special character.

To make things even easier, it’s a good idea to use an email address for your username. It’s also recommended that you provide an email address in the “E-mail Address” line. This allows users to use the “I forgot my login information” feature on the login page to retrieve login information.
