As an S/P2 account administrator, has this ever happened to you?

When one of your test takers reaches a maximum number of attempts (usually 5), the administrator needs to reset their scores so the student or employee has another round of attempts.
S/P2 allows you to do this with just a few easy steps:

  1. Login to your admin page.
  2. Click on the group the user is in or type their name in the search bar.
  3. You will then see the course modules, number of module attempts, and whether they passed the module.
  4. Once you find the right module, click on “Score.” When it asks you to reset, click “OK.”

Now the user is free to take the module test again!

Reminder: Resetting scores does not delete certificates of completion earned in prior years.
