In New York, sexual harassment is prohibited by the New York State Human Rights Law. As of October 2018, employers in the state of New York are mandated to provide annual sexual harassment training. 

It is challenging to find training that meets this new requirement. That’s why AAA New York teamed up with S/P2 to provide you with training that helps you comply with the New York law, as well as other human resources topics that can help you protect your business.
